Day of rest. Went to Stake conference. My mom wasn't feeling well, so she went home early, and Bella (my 11 month old sister) was fussy, so I walked with her the whole time.

47:24 for 6 miles. I wanted to do the first 3 in 24:00 minutes, but the wind going up the canyon was very strong today, and I couldn't quite manage it. My split when I turned around at 3 was 24:29. I decided that I would try to catch the 8 minute guy in half a mile. My split at 3 1/2 was 28:01, so I did a 3:32 half. I was happy about that, because it didn't require too much effort. After that, I kept up sub-8 with out too much trouble.

6 in 47:07. I did the first 2 1/2 ish with my dad. We ran a little slower because we were talking about the concept of solving a maze with a computer using a stack. I'm starting BYU again next week, so he's helping me get a head start on CS 235. :) 

My time at 3 miles was 24:25. I did the same thing as yesterday, and caught the 8 minute guy in half a mile. My time at 3 1/2 was 27:51. I was able to keep up sub-8 the whole way home.

Went with my family to the track. My time/distance was a little iffy today, because I wasn't on my normal course, and I had to keep stopping to help with the little guys. I did about one mile to the track and another one to get home. I did pace Momo through a 3:58 800m (the finished the mile on my own) and ran a 7:51 mile with my mom. I did my last two on the trail in 15:16.
