Ran 2 miles with William and Stevie in 17:05, then ran another mile with William in 7:40ish, then finished with 2 more miles in 15:54 (splits 8:23; 7:31)on my own. I was feeling tired today and I'm planning on doing a half marathon workout with my dad on Saturday, so I ran 5 miles instead of my usual 6.

Ran 2 with Stevie in a little under 17:00 minutes (I say a little under 17:00 because I forgot that we were only running two miles and turned around a few seconds late. :D ), then added 4 more on my own in 31:44.

Ran my first half marathon with my dad down Provo Canyon today. I was really pleased with my time. Starting out, I anticipated that I'd be able to hold 7:30 pace for about 7 miles, then I'd slow down to 8:00 for a few miles, and then I'd crash and run 8:30ish to the finish. It went a lot better than I thought it would. I ended up averaging 7:09 for the whole thing- my slowest mile was 7:43.
